All shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on the estimated shipping weight of your purchase and the UPS current shipping rate table. Mick & Jake Jewelry Designs is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within the state of Connecticut. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do. Please contact us directly at customerservice@mickandjake.com to arrange for the fulfillment and shipment of your overseas order. Unfortunately, our web site will not automatically process your overseas order at this time. How long will it take you to ship my order? It generally takes us 10-14 days to create your piece dependent on its size and/or complexity. Smaller or less complex pieces frequently take less time and ship sooner. Can I rush my order? Yes. Please send all rush order inquiries to customerservice@mickandjake.com. We will respond to you within 48 hours. All rush order inquiries are subject to a reasonable surcharge for time and labor, which will be fully disclosed to you within our response. Rush orders ship within 7 days of our receipt of your order. What is your return policy? You can return an item for any reason up to 7 days from receipt of it. Shipping, handling, insurance and all other incidental costs are non-refundable. You can read our full return policy here. How secure is my personal information on your site? The mickandjake.com Web site is hosted on the Yahoo! Small Business Services platform. Why won't my shopping cart let me place more than one item at a time in it? If you find that your shopping cart is "losing" items while you shop or not holding on to more than your most recent item at any given time, then you are experiencing problems with your firewall and cookies. We will gladly customize any piece you buy from the mickandjake.com Web site in terms of substituting different colored crystals, pearls and/or stones and providing you with specialized sizing. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for custom pieces which are not currently featured on mickandjake.com. Can I request a piece of jewelry in a size not offered on your Web site? Yes. If you require special sizing for any piece of jewelry you purchase through mickandjake.com, please let us know by entering your requirements into the "comments" field on our order form. Alternately, you can send us an email at customerservice@mickandjake.com. Special sizing requests are occasionally subject to a reasonable surcharge for additional time, labor and/or materials. Special sizing orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Can I ask you to substitute different color crystals or stones? Yes. Please direct all requests for "color swaps" to customerservice@mickandjake.com. Be as specific as possible when describing the piece you would like to purchase from mickandjake.com and the color customizations your would like us to make. All color customizations are subject to availability of the required raw materials. A reasonable surcharge may be added to your color customization order to account for additional time, labor and/or materials spent. Please also be sure to provide a phone number on all color customization requests so that we may contact you if we have any questions. Color customization orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Do you ever have sales or offer coupons? Yes. If you would like to receive coupons for mickandjake.com jewelry and/or advance notice of sales and new items being posted, please forward your name and email address to coupons@mickandjake.com. Should you decide to share your email address with us, we will send you an average of one communication per month; you will not be "spammed" by us and we will always respect your wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Do you accept wholesale orders and/or inquiries? Yes. Please direct all wholesale orders and inquiries to wholesale@mickandjake.com. The minimum order for wholesale is $500 USD. Do you have any retail stores? There are no Mick & Jake Jewelry Designs retail stores at this time; however, you can view our jewelry at the Noelle Spa for Beauty and Wellness in Stamford, CT and the Wave Gallery in New Canaan, CT. How do I care for my brass jewelry? Mick & Jake Jewelry Designs brass jewelry is pre-treated to minimize the tendency of tarnish during your first few months of wear.
